In addition to the traditional GIS data, aerial photography and imagery that we have been supplying to our clients for more than 18 years, we are continually developing new tools and products in this space. We were a pioneer and continue to lead the way in Location Based Services.

GeoSmart has developed the widest range of API’s, web mapping services and tools for web developers and application engineers in New Zealand. Our client base ranges from Government Departments, large private enterprise organizations, major web portals and small business’ web sites.  Interactive mapping tools for web sites, geocoding, email invitations with maps and directions, route optimisation and spatial census data analysis are some examples.

From Mobile Phones and PDA’s to Portable and Integrated Car Navigation, we have mapping data to keep you heading in the right direction. Likewise we provide the data for Fleet Management so that you can see where your vehicles, plant and personnel are tracking.

We have unique applications for biosecurity, forestry, environmental mapping, contouring and topographical mapping and much more.

In addition to being able to provide cartography and printed maps we also have a huge photo library and images that can be supplied digitally or in large sized prints, we can also provide historical images of New Zealand from our Whites Aviation library of over 1,000,000 negatives.
