There are many aspects of event management that can be enhanced using SmartFIND and its sister products such as Invite²GO. Here are some examples of how it could be used.

Sporting Events

Where is it?

Every weekend thousands of people go to sporting events at locations they haven’t been to before. This raises the obvious questions such as where is the event, which entrance do I take, which ground is it, where do I park and how do I get there?

Players, parent taxi drivers, referees, sponsors, supporters, media, volunteers, VIP’s and many others will benefit from this.

Changes

A couple of years ago a marathon had to change their registration location 48 hours before the event in which around 10,000 people were competing. How could they tell those people at short notice? Invite²GO would have given them the perfect solution.

Sponsors and Associated Companies

If you are going to show where the sporting grounds are, why not also show the companies that are around the ground and support the club or sport. They could include retailers, accommodation providers, restaurants, apparel or sporting goods suppliers, all of whom could pay a small fee for inclusion on the map. Everyone benefits in this way.

Conference, Product Launch, Trade Show, Concert

The same things apply as for sporting events. Business people are busy, many events are during working hours when traffic is at its busiest and people are rushing from one meeting to another. Make it easy for them.

Show which restaurants and accommodation providers are offering discounts or deals for delegates. Help people find other attractions they might like to visit while they are there, or perhaps for partner activities.
